Part of our services include working with you to identify potential grants for your organization and helping you determine the viability and timeframe for submitting a proposal.
Each client has different needs; pricing is based on the scope of service provided. We build long-term relationships with our clients for maximum impact. Therefore, most clients are on a monthly retainer. We also charge an hourly rate or per-project fee for special projects, funding searches, grant office assessments, or large foundation or government grants.

Absolutely not. Kim Joyce & Associates will never take a percentage of funds or a commission based on funding awarded to your organization. We adhere to the Grant Professionals Association and Association of Fundraising Professionals’ codes of ethics which preclude us from doing so. Fees are based on the cost of doing business.

No. Applying for a grant, either on your own, or with the assistance of a grant professional, never guarantees you will be awarded funding.

Kim Joyce & Associates will meet with you to get to know your organization and your needs. We will determine eligibility and timeframes for grant opportunities. After the initial meetings, our team can effectively apply for multiple grants on your behalf.
This depends on the funder. Some funders provide a check via mail, while others provide payment via electronic transfers. Once notification is provided (you have been awarded funding), an explanation of fund distribution is also expected from the funder.
Kim Joyce & Associates will provide clients with a contractual agreement to be signed by both parties. Payment for services is accepted in several forms.
