At Kim Joyce & Associates, we expect Excellence in everything we do. Our business approach is simple – Build Teams that work collaboratively and closely with our clients to deliver quality services. Our teams are passionate about our clients, and we pride ourselves on exceeding expectations. We share knowledge, skills, and experience to work together for the benefit of our clients. To produce the highest quality product and provide excellent service for our clients, we are looking for people who are the best in our field and who want to do work that makes a difference. To assure that our standard of excellence is consistently achieved, this is how we do our work:

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. for ALL employees (in their time zones). This applies to KJA employees working at our headquarters in Scottsdale, as well as those working remotely. Our work is fast-paced, and we conduct our work in live sessions all day long. You must be logged into and actively engaging with your team members and/or clients during those hours.

Please do not apply if:

You are a grants or fundraising consultant. We are currently hiring full-time employees.
You want contract jobs where you set your own hours. If this is your expectation, this is not the job for you.
You would like to work full-time for Kim Joyce & Associates, and at the same time, work full-time or part-time with another employer (in any field, or in the grants sector) or as a consultant. If this is your expectation, this job is not for you.
