At Kim Joyce & Associates, we expect Excellence in everything we do. Our business approach is simple – Build Teams that work collaboratively and closely with our clients to deliver quality services. To produce the highest quality product and provide excellent service for our clients, we are looking for people who are the best in our field and who want to do work that makes a difference. To ensure that our standard of excellence is consistently achieved, this is how we do our work:

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. for ALL employees (in their time zones). This applies to KJA employees working at our headquarters in Scottsdale, as well as those working remotely. Our work is fast-paced, and we conduct our work in live sessions all day long. You must be logged into and actively engaging with your team members and/or clients during those hours.

Hiring Guidelines:

We are currently only hiring full-time W2 employees. We are not looking to hire any outside contractors.
We are always looking for exceptional grant or fundraising professionals who are looking for full-time work as a W2 employee.
KJA’s business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in each employee’s respective time zone. KJA does not offer the ability for employees to set their own work hours outside of the normal business hours.
KJA expects all employees to work exclusively for KJA during business hours. KJA employees may not hold any outside employment that is grant related, competes with KJA, or has a negative impact on employees’ ability to fulfill their responsibilities to KJA.
